Service Policy
Our Service Policy is very simple: Your 100% satisfaction!
A happy and returning customer is what we strive for!
However, we are all human and some equipment can be temperamental, particularly vintage equipment, so when a repair is done and something is still not corrected, we would like to know immediately and have a chance to make it right at no additional charges!
Except reel to reel decks, repair charges are $120 per hour, plus parts on all repairs, an estimate will be given and approval is needed to proceed as estimated; and usually a 50% deposit is requested if the cost of repair exceeds $500. And in case of decline, a $60 is imposed as estimate charge per unit.
Our minimum charge is also $60.
On all reel to reel decks (Hi-Fi and Professional), hourly rate is $120, and estimate charges is $120.
We guarantee our repairs for 90 days from the day of pickup.

Sales Policy
Our Sales Policy is even more simple!
Since we don’t stock anything except small items, all sales are special orders, so there are no returns! New equipment carries the factory warranty and used equipment is guaranteed for 90 days from The Analog Store.
