Service by Brand The Analog Store services the following brands as Factory Authorized Service Center. We will service any brand of audio equipment, guitar amplifiers, and receivers with the same skill and care that we give to our warrantee work. Special training and lots of McIntosh service experience is required to maintain and repair these amazing components. Acheiving the status of factory authorized service center for McIntosh Laboratories is an accomplishment that we are very proud of, and strive to honor everytime McIntosh comes across our service bench. McIntosh is one of our favorite brands to service because they are so well built and so thoughtfully designed. We have been servicing McIntosh since the beginning and we welcome the opportunity to service all of your McIntosh Labs audio equipment. Quad Audio - "The closest approach to the original sound." Many regard Quad's electrostatic speakers to be the finest sound transducers ever made, and listening to them will convince you, too. That they are much more complex a machine than the typical driver based speaker is rarely mentioned outside technical circles. Special equipment, and training are required to become a factory authorized service center for these incredible speakers. We have repaired hundreds of pairs of Quad ELS speakers over the decades since they were introduced. Thankfully, the frequency and type of repairs needed these days are far fewer than in the days of ESL-57 and ESL-63, but we still do replace the speaker elements in new speakers now and then. Trust us, this is not something you want to trust to someone who has not tried it in a few years, or ever! Special tools are required to calibrate the speakers and proceed with factory recommended repair procedures. We are equipped and very experienced to perform these repairs in a timely manner. Quad Audio electronics also have unique design characteristics. We are factory authorized service center for all Quad Audio products: Tube amplifiers, Tube Preamps, Solid State Amplifiers, and Solid state Preamps, CD players, and Dynamic Speakers. We LOVE Quad and have a beautiful set of ESL-2805s playing all the time in our showroom. Adcom - An American company focused on technical innovation and delivering incredible value in the high performance audio industry. Adcom prefers to place their efforts into solid design and expensive parts instead of fluff marketing and promotion. Adcom has been around forever and will likely remain that way due to a well-deserved, large and loyal following. We are happy to service your Adcom repair needs. We are a Factory Authorized Service Center for Adcom. BG - Formerly known as Bohlender Graebener, BG speakers are simply incredible. Their patented ribbon/planar drivers are state of the art in this esoteric style of speaker. The Analog Store is a Factory Authorized Service Center for all BG products. We also sell BG drivers for your DIY speaker projects! Spendor Audio Systems - The classic british monitor, revised for modern high-end audiophiles. These smaller speakers pack a very big punch. The poly drivers are hand made in Britain as they have been for 50 years. They are very tough speakers, but when they are damaged or need servicing of any kind, we are your Factory Authorized Spendor Service Center. DH Labs - We can service and modify your DH Labs cables here at The Analog Store. We can build custom cables for you using DH Labs bulk cable and their special copper connectors.
